Cambridge Asset Management (CAM) is a full service REO asset management company. We specialize in the efficient valuation, preservation and liquidation of bank or investor owned assets.
CAM was borne out of a desire to do a better job valuing and promoting bank and investor owned assets with the same high quality photos and robust descriptions given to non-REO properties. We felt we could do better for financial institutions and investors to present their REO properties in a more professional manner. We do not believe that an agent or buyer should be able to look at a listing and immediately identify it as a bank owned property by the photo quality or lack of valuable information. This approach will increase interest, encourage higher offers, and remove the stigma of a bank or investor-owned asset. This care will ultimately translate into a higher return on investment for our partners. We work closely with our clients, listing agents, title companies, and foreclosure attorneys. This ensures that we are helping our clients exceed their performance goals.
Our management team has extensive experience managing and selling thousands of REO assets. This experience will give our partners confidence that the process will progress smoothly and efficiently. We keep caseloads manageable so that agents have the time to devote the needed resources to each property assigned.
